Accessibility statement

Last updated 13 October 2026.

Quexo Limited wants as many people as possible to be able to use Care Comparison, including people with sight, hearing, movement or thinking difficulties, and people who are anxious or in a hurry. We design for older people and families under stress.

What we aim for

  • The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
  • Clear, large text, plain English, and buttons and links big enough to tap easily.
  • Pages that work with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom up to 200% and a narrow phone screen, in light and dark modes.
  • Ratings that never rely on colour alone: they always show words and a distinct icon.

Current status

The site is new and we have not yet completed a full accessibility audit, so we cannot yet say it fully meets the standard. We will test with a screen reader and keyboard before each new feature is released, and publish the results and any known issues here.

Tell us about a problem

If you cannot use part of the site, or you need information in a different format, email [email protected]. Tell us the page, what went wrong and how you were using the site. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

If you are not happy with our reply

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the accessibility regulations. If you complain and are not happy with how we respond, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
